Remember just finishing school and not getting hired even though you were awesome? You just didn't have the experience or no network to get that job. While there are points that make affirmative action as you stated, mainly it helps those that can never get started on the Lader. So not prefect but very helpful to start equality.

Thank you. This advice I do need. I agree, I have been relaxing too much with outside home activities and thinking she should get them done. How do you balance heavy workload, Many household jobs, a social life and study? hell fitness takes up to 3hr extra in total a day in total, including rest that the body needs. Add to that cooking, cleaning and work, I just can't do it all. While I am not doing most of the household jobs, I get shit done.

There is not and such is life. Some women are just fakes at times but enjoyable people most of the time. My wife goes through these points. I joined MRP to improve my interactions when she does this. She goes in silly rages and in the past I dealt with it poorly. I have gotten better but by no means completely successful. Life is long so I am looking to improve.
