I think it's mostly based on looks to be honest. I made a profile with no info, just pics. Got a fairly high response rate, maybe 30%, from some good looking ladies. no 9s or 10s, though. Went on dates with most if not all of the ones who responded.

Yep, I have been in similar. Worked for me, she asked me out. ;) But her issues meant it didn't last long. ;( Good luck bro.

'how' you do it makes it weird or not. knock knock hi, I'm going to get some coffee, want to come? yes/no

Let me guess, she's pretty hot?? Shorter, more intense interactions are the only times I've got out of the friend zone. Don't hang around her much, then rock up, be shitloads of fun, make her feel good then leave. She won't notice you if you're always there.

'I think for one thing I didn't build enough intimacy'. Always consider factors at her end. I don't see one point in your post about what her situation is, about what she wanted from you. Maybe she just wanted a bit of fun, and you need to be ok with that. Don't pretend you're in control. Perhaps she only slept with you because she was feeling down about this other guy not liking her. At what point, in any of your post do you consider what's best for her? Maybe she rightfully or wrongfully think…

A LTR relation can also be a wonderful thing man. You can share a part of your life with someone and enjoy many experiences together. Just depends on you view of relationships.

In my experience it's clearly a combination of many factors of which one is looks. It matters less so for women than for guys but it does make life easier for a guy. If you're good looking you get a bunch of freebies like girls asking you out and making it obvious they are into you, and in general it's easier for women to fall for you. I even have women fall for me who have no real reason to even like me. I think some of the comments suggesting that it's all about your own behaviour and attitude…

Trying hard is only bad if they think you as low value. If she thinks you are high value + trying = win. Is she thinks low value + trying = lose.

My guess (without knowing your area, or what works for women in that area) it's the fact that you are not trying. I doubt you'll trip the 'this guy is chatting me up' detector as you're obviously just out doing what you love and not trying to impress women.

People will most likely assume you're on a date/couple (I drink with a female cousin of mine, we get along really well and look like a couple) which is fine as you come in under the radar. People won't assume that a guy in a guy/girl combo is trying to pick you up. the rest is just normal shit. can be hard to get laid on the night unless your wing is very understanding.

I'm kind of repeating myself here. Attraction is not enough for a lot of girls to consider you relationship worthy.

Some of them are just really annoying.

This might not be popular... I don't think 'be yourself' is a good enough answer. Can you have real conversations? deep conversations? can you talk dreams and hopes and the future? can they see you being a father? do you have money? job security? do you have a mature lifestyle? do you have calmness and composure? Women will be looking for a whole bunch of stuff and it depends on the girl but the relationship game past 25 is not what this sub focusses on. TL;DR; the ladies look for more criteria …

I concur. I'm tall with a large frame, smart, calm and introverted. I can intimidate people just by standing there not saying much. First step with anyone is big smile, friendly banter, light kino even. Just make them relax a bit.

any more info? never heard of that before, but I'm no psychology expert.

I think you're confusing being an introvert with having no social skills. They are not the same thing.

I must admit I'm over giving girls oneitis. How often are we leaving girl's with a back case of the onesies?

Meet a lot of people and make some great connections. Accept the most of your relationships will be short ones. Make sure everyone has a great time.

If you're good looking it's persistent. If you're ugly it's creepy.

It strikes me as odd that The Red Pill community seems to think that the approaches here are the only ones which work. Because an approach works for some, doesn't mean it's the only approach which works or that it will work for all people.

Yep, the wider community frowns upon it. Some parts of the 'seduction' community don't seem to care though. I don't have a prob with people doing things the right way. I know people who are married now but had different partners when they met. They did it the right way, e.g. realised there was something else and broke up with their current partners before anything happened.

I wouldn't have anything specific to ask. may I ask what you find genuinely interesting about other people?

I don't really use canned material much. Typically I just start to fall back to common topics that everyone likes such as travel, work, friends, family, tv, movies, music, food, drinks, how people work etc etc

works well for women who know you. e.g. had a 9 + a few other ladies from work ask me out / hit me up. Doesn't work particularly well at bars etc unless you're out with a group. Open a group then be the strong silent type while other guys come off as trying really hard to impress all night.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
