I disagree heavily. I still think my grandma is human even though I have 0 attraction to her. She is actually heavily on the ugly side since she is in her 80s. I still respect her and love her even without the attraction. Attraction isn't the only think that makes a human a human.

Of course humans are complex, and aesthetic preferences can be influenced by unconscious racism, but this really isn't about trying to define exactly what is and isn't "racist". If you just aren't attracted to dark (or light) skin, or certain hair types or facial features that's fine, that's just an aesthetic preference and we're all entitled to those, but if it is because they are from a certain racial group or nationality then that becomes racist. If you say you aren't attracted to curly hair, dark skin, black hair, big butts, etc. without saying anything about race, people will just accusing you of beating around the bush.
