No, in the comments she says there's a 21 year age gap.

It's so funny that when you flip it, for example in 500 days of Summer when Summer says they're just friends and Tom says friends don't do that, we're obviously more than friends - that, men understood. Because they empathized with the male in the scenario, now suddenly it's crystal clear and Summer's the b*tch. The difference is that Summer said upfront she doesn't believe in love and doesn't want a boyfriend, meanwhile men lie to you about having serious intentions and then turn around and gas…

The sentiment in this sub is becoming more widespread among young women and I love to see it. I recently joined tiktok and there is so much "men are trash" content that I know we're not alone on this sub. Women everywhere are waking up and warning each other. Ladies look out for each other, men only look out for their dicks.

That is fucking twisted. Not even a moment to grieve before thinking about their dick's next move? What the fuck?? What's the podcast by the way? That sounds right up my alley.

I've seen people that stupid and careless, but I've definitely experienced a lot of purposely incompetent people and it's so infuriating. Men are really bad for this behaviour. In my experience, women just wanna get shit done. Men want someone else to do everything.

It took me way too long to realize this. I'm so thankful for this sub and all you ladies

Yes, so much. This is why I'm so grateful to this community. There was a point in time where I felt guilty that I had no interest in anal or deep throating and thought no guy would want me or stick around if I didn't do these things. Now it's escalated to hitting and choking and thank god I finally saw the light and don't feel a single drop of guilt for not being interested in getting battered in the bedroom. Until recently I felt guilty for being disgusted by porn use and porn culture, I though…

Oh my god I feel you so hard on this one. The men at my work act like fucking children. Cause it's such a chore to hand in your time sheets so you can, oh I don't know, get paid?? Ugh I can't stand any of them I have to nag them to do their job like I'm their mom. It's repulsive.

"Blah blah blah, I hate listening to women vent, I'm a PROBLEM SOLVER! I don't wanna just listen and support her, I need to give her my solutions that she's probably already thought up herself." This drives me up the wall. If one more person links that stupid fucking nail video I'm gonna scream.

There was a thread today claiming that everyone in this sub is actually male, like it's an incel sub men made to make women look demanding and crazy or something. They just can't stand the idea that women are raising their standards far above them and they can't keep up.

I read something similar years ago and it's helped me be more confident in my wording at work, particularly getting rid of the word "just". The only downside is now when I hear my coworker talking on the phone with all these softening phrases it drives me up the wall, she sounds so spineless and scatter-brained.

Unfortunately there are many more where that came from in the thread 😔 A lot of people have a hard time believing someone can only discover their sexuality later in life so obviously it's all her fault! /s

Context: OP explains in detail the abuse she suffered at the hands of her ex-husband to explain why she left him. NVM claims the divorce is actually her fault for not being the perfect wife. Check out the ATIA thread to be truly repulsed by NVM logic.

Gross. He was super annoying, wouldn't bugger off despite everything about my body language, tone, and lack of eye contact clearly screaming "GO AWAY!" He claimed he was shopping for someone (and was asking me, a stranger who doesn't know him or the person he was shopping for, for help) and I could only get away by being like WELL GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, BYE. I hate men. Every day it becomes more and more clear to me why I enjoy women's friendship much, much more.

I went up to her and told her she had a creative and artistic vibe. Are you an artist? Oh my god, this is a pickup artist thing? I had almost the exact same conversation with some random guy that approached me in a store. Is this a common pickup tactic??

This is what I hate about that stupid OkCupid study everyone on Reddit sites where most women are well rated in attractiveness but 80% of men are rated as below average. They use this to prove that women are more shallow. Uh, no. Have you seen the average woman versus the average man? She is much more attractive because she properly grooms herself, she has a skin care routine, she has makeup on, her hair is styled, her nails manicured, her outfit is stylish, she looks good. The average man has s…

That point about children..so fucking true. I just saw a comment today in a relationship thread where a guy wanted kids and his gf didn't and he was torn on what to do. This is what someone replied: If she truly loves you then eventually she'll want children. I'd say just let it happen naturally. What the fuck is wrong with people? Ladies, never change for a man. It will never benefit you. NEVER. Always be true to yourself first and foremost.

Good points, but I wasn't only referring to things that have a maximum capacity like 10 job openings. It also applies to things like letting women into communities like sports, video gaming, etc. instead of gate-keeping, but you're definitely right in your points and I agree with you! we could more accurately say we are not letting men take from women any more. Great point, this is what should be the main focus for sure. Not that they seem to care, but hopefully one day we can change that.

Right?? I'm genuinely disturbed all of the comments aren't simply "run!!!" What a terrible situation. I genuinely hope she realizes her worth and leaves.

I'm SHOCKED at the number of comments suggesting therapy, try this or that. No, she needs to LEAVE like yesterday, sis. It's her first relationship (hence why she doesn't understand how unhealthy this situation is) and they've only been dating 2 weeks!! Girl needs to run.

She said it's her first relationship and they've only been dating for 2 weeks. She needs to just leave. She's never been in a healthy relationship before and clearly doesn't know what one looks like. How awful to think she turned to Reddit, confused whether this was normal behaviour or not. This makes me so sad for her. She deserves better.

Fair points! But I definitely don't think every instance men need to be taken from in order for women to advance - sometimes they just need to let us into the club, so to speak.

Great point! I've read some of these studies in the past, they are so so enlightening. They think women are dominating the conversation when they're still 25% shy of being equal! The constant silencing of women is disgusting. I haaaate this about cinema. Male dominated cast in a film: default, normal, a movie for everyone. Female dominated cast in a film: tHis iS A wOmEns MoVIe, eWW wHAt a ChICK fLicK!!1!! (even when the subject matter is not "chick flick-y" at all) I took a few women's studies …

Right?? "All woman are the same..." "I saw a women at Starbucks..." -- why is this so hard for you?? You're right - they see us all as one entity. When someone posts a question in askreddit, for example, like "women, do you like XYZ?" and all the answers are "dude, we're all different, we all like different things" and all the men in the comments are all shocked pikachu -_-

Omg, I absolutely despise that. Unless its a photo of a naked woman he's attracted to, he somehow forgets OP is a woman by the time he scrolls down to make a common. Infuriating. Another thing that is frustrating is how people cannot differentiate between "woman" and "women". I see this. All. The. Time. Why is this so difficult for them??? You NEVER see them mix up "man" and "men", though.

They don’t see the structure because they are the structure. This sums it up so perfectly. Reminds me of the quote "When You’re Accustomed to Privilege, Equality Feels Like Oppression" - they don't see their privilege because they don't notice or acknowledge women's struggles whatsoever. When women work to obtain equality, we want to raise ourselves up to mens' privileged level, to make it a fair, equal playing field, but men act like we're not looking to raise ourselves up, but rather to tear t…

I learned long ago that just because a guy is "taken" does NOT mean he's valuable. It usually just means their gf/wife bitches about him endlessly behind his back. Source: nearly every woman I know currently in a relationship, sadly :/ Go ahead and pity me for being single - i'm not being weighed down by the burden of a LVM draining my energy or destroying my mental health

It's honestly embarrassing. They literally can't fathom and experience different to their own. When they do manage to remember we exist, they spout horrible inaccuracies about women's bodies - see /r/badwomensanatomy

This sub gave me so much confidence. I used to think what's wrong with me, what should I change to attract men? How should I act, what should I do? Am I wrong for being disgusted by men asking for nudes, sending dick pics, watching so much twisted demeaning porn, expecting to fuck you immediately? Am I being a prude? Is that just what dating is now? FDS taught me FUCK no, it's not me who is problem. It taught me to value myself and not lower my standards to accept low value behavior. And I am so…

Doesn't work. Look at Billie Eilish, she dresses in baggy clothes to hide her figure/keep people from commenting on her body and there were still disgusting men counting down until she turned 18.

Literally had someone end our friendship over this shit. She didn't want to get her shit together and hated that I called her out on it and tried to help her improve. If she wants to carry on being low value then be my guest. But I won't surround myself with people of low value. Good riddance.

Honestly its so pathetic that this is true. Every day I see beautiful women all around me. I struggle to point out a decent looking guy because 99% of men just don't put any effort into their appearance. Then they wonder why they're not rolling in pussy 🙄

Check the women's rating chart https://i.imgur.com/k6KYQbP.png. It shows visuals of what they think each number is. Literally their 8-10s are all actually supermodels and should all be 10s, 7s are actually 9s, and so on. They're absolutely delusional and just looking to knock beautiful women down a peg. And they don't even follow their chart when it comes to men!! To compare to the mens chart https://i.imgur.com/T41txOU.jpg, apparently OPs fellow is as attractive as Emile Hirsch, John Cho, and S…

Thanks for filling me in! How delusional they are... All the women I know 25-30 look the best they ever have because they take care of themselves and work on self-improvement, whereas the men are more miss than hit.
