To be fair, it was funny when Bam Margera would beat up his dad Phil on Jackass and Viva la Bam. The Tom Green stuff with his dad was funny too.

Yeah, it's actually spelled Book of Bonecrker. It's a hyperlink of blog posts from way back. Dude's a chiropractor (hence the name) with a background in clinical mental health. He talks about women being crazy, social proof, all kinds of Red Pill stuff, pre-TRP.

Have you heard of the Book of Bonecracker? I came across it from Rollo or Roosh forums. I think it's spelled differently, like with less vowels. From vague memory, I think it's similar to Pook.

Roma Army is a female men's rights activitist on YouTube. She has crazy neck tattoos but largely calls out toxic, inconsistent women.

Small business seems like being a hammer instead of a nail, except you will get hammered by big business and then complain about the little guy. If you have a niche though, more power to you.

Thanks man. I get the gist much better with your definition, examples and differentiation. Before, I just saw teasing as akin to negs, albeit with wordplay and observational humor, but I never connected the underlying factor of reaching her subconscious and throwing her a bone, per se. Maybe it was just a prolonged anger phase on my part. I'm not the best guy to ask for tweaks, but I come at a unique perspective. I used to get ribbed on sarcastically a lot, sometimes past the point of ridicule. …

Pardon my choice of words. I don't mince them. What you don't see is that alpha and beta are fluid, not set in stone. The problem is the opposition gaslights us by saying it's a literal thing, when it's just a guideline. On a personal note, I feel you on the ones who are naturally attracted plus completion, except ones I don't like. A chance encounter last Winter confirmed it, and how blind I was back when I knew her. Now I'm desolate.

Props for putting us on to new frequencies. Picking your brains here, but how do you pull affectionate and nurturing giver type women? It seems they get scooped up by upper middle class lower betas. I only ask since, despite being a tough guy, I only became that for lack of maternal love. I went from the greatest simp to a ruthless, wily sigma.

I concur. Seeing as how our society is built upon Judeo-Christian values, it's apparent that belief in a higher power has historically been a major mover in civilization. People who take the secular approach are almost always lacking deep down. Even if belief is a placebo, it can still work. Besides, coming from an unbeliever upbringing, I missed the social mores of church people, and even the strength granted to even the most hypocritical worshippers that exist. You basically get gamed by belie…

Great concise post. Wish I had this in the past before I stopped trying. Bonus points if you can suggest what to do if a guy gets in your face. Once I was at an outdoor festival and struck up conversation with a female college acquaintance. No subtext. I was literally catching up with no intention on following up. Her date comes over and gets in my face. He's this smarmy looking dude in dress attire. I might've dropped him on principle these days, but police were arresting people already. Long s…

Initially I had to indulge in excess with food, fap, and a little drink to cope, but now I've been able to work through most of that with abstaining and fasting 18 hours a day. After that I had to rebuild mentally so that effort would trickle into my tasks and responsibilities. Knowing that other people are in the rut is encouraging to personal empowerment.

The quarantine clears out much of the external stimuli which I let impede upon my progress. I'm learning to put more faith in myself, and ultimately God, which is easier said than done. If I use it to honor God, which I don't always, I can build upon my better ways. I can run outside (for now), intermittently fast, and do a ton of push-ups. I must have cleared over 80 yesterday.

My dilemma is now that I know some of the interest signs, I look for them, or I knee-jerk react to them, thus destroying the spontaneity. Even in my early RP days, my morals and indifference hooked certain girls over time until inaction due to these things caused them to move away and make me salty. Maybe I'm past a prime I never had and want to compensate.

These basic analogy posts don't really cut it. It's just, "read it, yeah", even if it's an agreeable post. There's all kinds of obstacles to consider which hinder the improvement process. How does one stay constantly on point? How does one juggle obligations with quality of life needs, with little to no help or resources to boot? There's a difference between someone just being a pussy and someone who struggles to stay on the path to self-improvement, although society treats both groups the same.

Same boat of past trauma: I was sexually molested and physically abused by my mom's boyfriend (luckily he was never a live-in provider). She would call him whenever we misbehaved, and then he'd come over and beat the shit out of us with open palms. My mom was emotionally unstable and would constantly belittle and be passive-aggressive. This continued into adulthood to the extent that I refuse to speak or associate with her, although she wants me to think I'm ineffectual. It's the only logical co…

Years ago I was stupid and unassuming enough to accept the company of a prostitute. She acted kinda slow but became manipulative as soon as I got a hotel room for us. One of her tests was insisting I eat a Cadbury egg I bought her at the gas station, though I had no interest in doing so. This parallels the candy-feeding thing, or at least reminded me of this time and money wasting experience. It's not impossible to change your scenario; just determine if you want her as an LTR or a fuck and act …

Tbh I struggle immensely with teasing women, and people in general. My older brother gave me a shit-time throughout childhood, so I have a low threshold for B.S. If there's an obvious opening to tease for the sake of getting a reaction, then I'll do it, but it's not my default programming. I wish people were more open and forward instead of being sarcastic and aloof, but that's just me, and I don't want to be like them, but to be able to navigate the social landscape when scenarios arise to be o…

I've heard girls (through first-hand and second-hand experience) complain about guys wanting to "kiss all the time." The only guy I've heard say that kissing is boring was an oversexed half-Persian guy who would hit it with anything. I guess my point would be that people get desensitized to actual affection and wanna skip to the genital stimulation. On a side note, you didn't get to touch her boobs?

I temporarily bonded with a 19-year old smoker and stoner. She was a co-worker and somebody I had mentally written off from the get-go until we got closer due to hardship at work beside each other. She's one of the lucky smokers: as in she's an only child and has a pathway to a music career (in classical string instruments). For months I had little to no competition for her attention, not even from her equally young boyfriend, someone she claimed she was going to marry in the undetermined future…

Thanks for being real. I bicycle virtually every day; distance varies. I use the elliptical at the gym when I get the chance or notion to go. I'm trying to lose enough weight so I can build muscle again, and eventually abs.

You're right. I'm going back to college in a smaller city, and there's a prominence of wiggers (I call them street-billies) who wear baggy shirts and tilted caps, and they go after the scraps of women and the impressionable, depending on the guys' levels of scruffiness. I've noticed I'm viewed more highly in this environment instead of the big city, where you've gotta put your money where your mouth is.

I almost exclusively cycle and use the elliptical as my primary workouts, as I rely on them when returning from a gym hiatus. I don't like the pounding of the treadmill and prefer short distances if running outside. I like to think I'm avoiding long-term damage, as the only pain I feel is the initial burn and when the hill setting on the elliptical is peaking. I transitioned from high cardio running to strenuous hill running, because the features were augmented. Last week I even did 65 minutes o…

Sometimes people are curious because the circumstances are informative, like if you're curious about how a toaster works, it's not because you're jealous of bread.

If you don't have a high-paying job, should you just looks-max and be a social alpha with quick wits in order to score? I'd imagine emphasis on short-term value is ideal to fun flings, and they'll just go back to beta bux.

I like the vibe of common sense and pragmatism overriding our natural impulses, but how often does that work? Let's be honest; for many young men who lack SMV and the means to achieving great finances, drunk chicks and flirty cheats are a big part of getting any. We know not to "tell her how you feel", and that they will not consider an LTR with a dude of low means. Drugs and alcohol are a way of getting past some of the shit-tests, because they can be quite grating. I'm not recommending drinkin…

Well done on bringing up the overlooked topic of friends. I'm a major lone wolf, but in my younger days was an unstable beta. Even after 2-3 years of reading TRP, I would have resentment toward guys using game more than I would a natural alpha, the latter someone I usually didn't fret. Back to your story, I think you're critical of yourself in good and bad ways by stating your good qualities as well as maybe feeling guilt over your friend's jealousy. Many people like him have that crab-in-a-buck…

It's easy enough to trivialize oneitis, but one area I struggle on is how to deal with women appearing self-important. I can ignore them in the short-term, but there's always some who set their eyes a certain way, like they're used to getting what they want and having control. Do you just use negs?

I've incurred two identical instances when I've re-mentioned TRP to people I confide in; both were met with an audible "hmph" sound. One was a younger aunt who I used to bond with for us being the smart outcasts of our black sheep/bad wolf family, the other my best friend aka Capt. Save-a-Fat-Ho. Coincidentally, he also said the exact words to me: "Not all women are like that" in a condescending, know-it-all voice. A big difference between us and blue-pillers, is that they only fool themselves, …

My guess is success makes many people risk-averse. Perhaps you're sophisticated now, at least compared to the past you. Just take what worked for you in the past, all the while being mindful of escalating things. I'd be more regurgitating the rules and steps I've internalized instead of being original, but keep the ball in your court and DGAF. Maybe throw her a bone to give her a little sense of control, preferably before you enter damage control phase, but this would require you to be more proa…

Thanks for the compliment. I prefer focusing on multiple writing forms, from technical to creative to personal. I find it equally challenging to find mediums to monetize in professionally and/or artistically. I sometimes edit myself before moving on to another paragraph, mainly seeking to clarify my meaning.

Thanks all. Know that I instantly understand how obvious the advice is when I read it. I promise I'm not autistic. Other than that, everything else that's been said in the comments is true. I'm very conscious and self-aware of my plight as an individual and a male, although I can falter at times, ranging from temporarily to several weeks in a row. And I was like.. and she was like... and I was like ... I give you a pass for not being Western, therefore being accustomed to different linguistics, but I only hear chicks recite past conversations saying, "I was like blah blah, and he was all like BLAH BLAH." They do it all the time in the States. Not being a hater, though in a world of male competition, it can always be misconstrued that way. Still not a bad story man.

Interesting topics: AA male/WW couples have an interesting preemptive eye contact dynamic. They stare and gape to try to find a racial nervous tic. Sometimes the naive WW will look at you in way that suggests, "You're one of the forward-thinking progressives of the world for not being a bigot, and I initially respect you for it," almost every single time. There's also the recessive trait of guilt, like a girl getting caught doing something wrong. Hey, it's their consciences though.

Some observations to keep in mind: I used to try to analyze the difference between guys in relationships and chronically single guys, aka how I used to interpret alpha/beta. What I saw was that guys in relationships often tended to have squinted Clint Eastwood eye slits and a shit-eating grin, signifying ego contentment and superficial dominance. Chronically single guys had wide-eyed, pseudo-optimistic eyes, like hopeful dogs at best. Yadda yadda, exceptions vary. My take on eye contact is that …
