3	How do I get into the hookup mindset? I absolutely agree with you. I've always gotten a lot more, and learned a ton, from dating. I just never really was the hookup kind of guy. My theory is that by building my confidence by getting better at hookups, and in turn getting better at talking to and interacting with women, I will be able to meet better quality women when I get to the stage of wanting to date. 8	How do I get into the hookup mindset? Could you explain that a bit more? I understand that, sure, if the girl is into you and wants to have sex then it is technically "doing her a favor."
