Thank you. This is really solid advice. I am still struggling with the rejection phase. Way too sensitive to that kind of stuff, so its been a tough road so far.

Hey, I can only date people. It's not a very time efficient way of doing things, haha. Being on this side of the fence, I envy you.

I really like that. Never thought of it as a FWB situation but that is essentially how it starts. If it just happens to be a single night, so be it. Thanks!

Bring value to the woman? To myself? Both? My hesitation is the whole bringing home a somewhat stranger. I like the idea of bringing value, or at least adding value. I just need to find a way to apply it to my aversion.

I like this mindset. Kind of just playing it by ear instead of a tangible outcome. Makes a lot of sense. I just need to get over the wariness of bringing home a somewhat complete stranger. I think that is my biggest hiccup at the moment.

I absolutely agree with you. I've always gotten a lot more, and learned a ton, from dating. I just never really was the hookup kind of guy. My theory is that by building my confidence by getting better at hookups, and in turn getting better at talking to and interacting with women, I will be able to meet better quality women when I get to the stage of wanting to date. Does that make sense? haha

Could you explain that a bit more? I understand that, sure, if the girl is into you and wants to have sex then it is technically "doing her a favor." But how is that leaving them better than you find them? Satisfied? Validated in some way?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
