You already knew what the “other side” had to say. You’ve clearly read enough times that excessive make up is deceitful. Whether you believe it or not is up to you. Wear as much or as little as you’d like.

Sounds like that’s a YOU problem. No one should have to “put up” with anyone’s shit “to get laid.”

Good on you for not wanting that girl in particular anymore. But I promise, as long as you don’t close yourself off to the world, you will find another girl.

This sentiment will pass. Keep your head up. You’ll find someone else.

I absolute would care. I’ve only been with one guy, my ex. It would make me a little insecure since I don’t have much dating experience.

I hear you now. Thanks and I apologize for calling you a troll. I feel like I’m attractive and have been told I’m attractive. I’m just a psycho who wants all of my mates sexual interest lol

I agree. Regular porn is far more acceptable to me. Cam girl stuff feels like cheating. He told me he hadn’t spent money on them in over a year when we got together... but I knew that wasn’t true. Anyone that interested in “live” cam girls isn’t just viewing their public streams. Again, we were always intimate when I was around. He said he loved sex with me but he also loved to jerk off to cam girls so. At this point I’ve accepted that I will remain single lol

I personally found it made me feel insecure. My EX was the first and only guy I’d ever been with. His sexual past plus his penchant for “LIVE” webcam girls was just too much to deal with. We were intimate frequently- but he just couldn’t stay away from the cam girls unless I was over. It got to a point where I became disgusted with him. He didn’t understand my feelings until I told him I would join one of those sites to be a cam girl. But yeah... it makes me insecure to an extent. Regular porn i…

THIS. I’ve yet to meet any girls who said they wanted a guy with a lot of sexual past partners. General requirement of “just not a virgin” is correct.

Not true.

Butting in here. I’ve only ever had one sexual partner. I would want my next partner to have one (or not many) because I can become quite insecure knowing they’ve been with a lot of women. Self esteem really does play a role in this. At least for me.

Really? The biggest benefit of yoga is the teaching of awareness for one. Bonus points for flexibility.

So not one woman in those yoga classes? When I go they’re full of other women. Where do you live?

Would you be surprised? that’s totally up to you and your perceptions. As for myself, I’m 5’4, slim/athletic, dark skin, bra strap length hair. I don’t posses conventional beauty but I don’t think I’m unattractive. goes on r/roastme to find out if I’m ugly

I know A LOT of single mothers. Not one of them has lived on the streets starving with their children. Often times when they don’t have their government funding to fall back on - they have family members to rely on.

Those guys are being extreme when expressing their anger. They all largely just agree dating a single mother can be more of a pain in the ass. Are you a single mother?

Thanks for defending my comment. You articulated that better than I could. Abruptly ended or not - if you knew you were good to them, I promise you, they reflected on their time with you.

Don’t ever ever ever change. One day you’re going to be the source of WHY that girl (who you called out for her shitty ways) finally decided to self reflect and might actually transform. When I was 22 I completely lacked self awareness. But I was sure able to see faults in others without looking at my own. It wasn’t until a guy I was seeing told me about myself. I’m 26 now and even though me and that guy aren’t together (I moved away) we still email here and there and I’m eternally grateful for …

I would love to read that study as well. I think long hair on a man is kind of feminine and would prefer short/bald.

I see. Thank you for the heads up. So far I haven’t been swayed toward any drastic, hateful beliefs. Or have anything suppressed brought to the surface for being triggered. I think this sub might be good for me in terms of learning about what’s going on in the dating scene, and the different perspectives from both men and women. I was/am still kind of naive in some ways so I don’t mind observing and learning.

I won’t let anyone sway me from my own set of principles. Thanks for the advice Maxor!

Oh no need to say thanks! This could apply to women as well I believe. When I joined Reddit a few days ago I read about “sociosexual status”? (I could be butchering the term) basically people who haven’t had a lot of sexual partners. I think some people are just naturally inclined to want to have sex with a lot of different people. More so if there’s a mental illness involved and that’s their way of coping. I always told myself no matter how heartbroken or sad I feel, I won’t sleep around or try…

To share my experience of NOT hating the opposite sex? I took a look at your previous comments - found the chick who hates guys and subsequently the women who don’t hate them.

If only the post was deleted, why create an entirely new user account just to post the same question?

If this was already posted... she’s seeking attention or reassurance that she’s “special” because she’s only been with two guys.

Until I joined Reddit, I had zero knowledge about the extent of this “hate” that is often talked about around here. Or the “CC.” I’ve only ever had one long term relationship which ended back in January. I still don’t hate him or anyone. I want another meaningful relationship at some point. Hating anyone won’t set me up for that kind of experience.

I feel similarly. I’m 26 and have only ever been intimate with one man. Haven’t been on any “cock carousels” or casual dates.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
