One thing breaking down the mafia like banking system would do is create more stability and equality between the classes in society. In Europe (at least) Finland it's 9 months to begin with. I know this because I've seen it as I have employed a woman who became pregnant. Also, as she was hired for a somewhat physical job (my personal assistant) she was mostly incapable of doing that job during a large portion of the pregnancy but still got paid full hours. Why?
