Plenty of us have been 'into' it - led to believe it was the best way to practice our sexuality, that it was 'liberating' to be abused in this way. Especially when we were very young, at the hands of older partners. BDSM was packaged for and marketed to vulnerable young women as a way to TrUsT your partner. Not the truth. I don't think you're in the right place. This sub is strictly anti-porn, anti-bdsm, anti-extreme fetishes/kinks.

BDSM is just another way for porn-addicted men to abuse their partners in the name of kink/sexuality. And we, as women, are told off for not being into what is because it is, as you said, a perfectly healthy way to explore sexuality and have fun while being intimate Shouldn't it say something about men who are into BDSM, that they need this level of extreme stimulation and must inflict pain onto their partners to get off? This isn't a sub for promoting abuse. BDSM is abuse, intentionally.

LMAOOOO but also 😞 Babes. If you find yourself groveling, begging, or just generally in distress because of any one person and what they're doing to you (and trust me, it IS intentional)... get.. the fuck... out. Just do it, for you, your sanity, your future.

Their relationship is the epitome of the fact that women are taught to settle and accept, while men, even if they have a face and personality that only a mother could love, think that they almost deserve more. They enjoy taking away from women, molding women into their ideal partners, but still leaving them out in the cold. She IS a dreamgirl in every sense, but that could never change that he's an LVM.

The essence of the 90 day rule is to see whether a man is still worth dating if/when his mask slips, which is usually three months in, maybe longer, but rarely shorter. This protects us from becoming too vulnerable, only for our new BF to turn out to be a complete LVM who got tired of acting potentially high value. My tips: I would super strongly recommend against bringing up any number, or specific time frame. This could feel super formulaic and I wouldn't feel great about a guy counting the da…

Everyone has it in them to make time for the people and things they care about. I used to wait hours or days for replies from men, and fair weather friends. There are men out there who will call, text, e-mail, passenger pigeon you no matter HOW busy they are.

I am so proud of you for counting down the days and leaving when you said you would. For me, I'd keep telling myself to wait. He's busy, he's stressed, there was a small plane crash in a third place neither of us are from, whatever. Doing mental gymnastics to excuse his apathy. But it took about fifteen seconds to realize that he had no issue speaking negatively (largely about me), all of our romantic talk was one-sided, I was carrying the relationship and thought adjusting MY behavior would imp…

Imagine the backlash if we deflected this line of reasoning back onto men. "Feel your feelings about her googling, 'thick dick man in shape with respect for women'. But it sounds like that's what she really wants. Why don't you go to therapy, your insecurity is the real issue here, ye limp-dicked boy."

If you have to reduce yourself and lower your expectations, all the while being a perfect plaything/forever girlfriend: he doesn’t want you. He wants a figment of you and what your effort offers him despite his own effort offering nothing. Maybe I’ll write a post about it someday, but I did EVERYTHING the RPW way, to a tee where none of those subs could say a negative thing about me, except maybe for having independent, original thoughts. Girl, you're already doing so well! Normally I'd suggest Coach to 5K but you're way beyond that. My personal routine was 5-10 minutes on the Jacob's Ladder (or some other full body machine), 20-30 minutes interval sprinting/jogging, 10-20 minutes rowing. I had free gym access, so that went to shit... contemplating joining OrangeTheory but I'm not sure if I want to spend that much on fitness right now.

The thing is, he has had a LONG ASS time to do any of this. ANY of it. There are plenty of thoughtful ways to date someone and maintain a relationship, and instead of thinking about what he could do, he decided to... not. I hate to say this so harshly, but if he loves you so much, how has he actively been doing it? I see a lot of "He's going to..." but not much about what he's actively doing and has done. They're just trying to pathologize the sexuality of the average married woman... Here's the reality: men usually can't make one woman orgasm, but they think they deserve a ready-to-go harem o' hotties. I used to think, "I'm not like other girls! I want it all the time!", until I realized and understood that most women stop wanting sex because the man they're with stopped putting effort into them as soon as they thought they were 'got'. Of course so many women don't want to be intimate with a man…

Not 100% sure if this applies to you, but I would love to see this sub have a larger discussion about stopping porn usage (anything - video, audio, text, whatever) and abstaining from masturbation, similarly to the 90-day NoFap/porn-free challenge. 100% what led me here too. As a LurkerTM, I noticed that RPW seemed to be obsessed with pleasing and keeping men and whittling themselves way while doing so. Meanwhile, RP men were just determined to lie and cheat all the way up, something which RPW always blamed themselves for.

The threesome comment alone shows he's not worth your time, effort, or energy. And, as you pointed out, bickering about tasks is different than bickering about character. If he is calling you names, he is telling you how he feels about you. I’m a brown woman with plenty of personable merits who would never get second looks from most men solely due to my race. Stop painting all women with a broad brush stroke, man, you’re seriously just going to hate yourself more for it.
