If it makes you feel any better, girls will always be flaky like this sometimes. But there's always more fish in the sea, remember that. Also, don't be afraid to be direct with her (if you want to). A lot of guys get caught up with not wanting to be rude or go too far and of course you shoudnt be rude or anything, but don't be afraid to be honest about what you feel or your intentions with her. Start by being honest about other things. Mention something youre legit worried about, a school subjec…

I've found that if you don't communicate your intentions clearly enough she can see it like you're not attracted to her enough to make a move. You're probably erring on the side of being too safe; try doing things that seem more like a "risk"; touching more, going in for a kiss before you're sure that it's "ok", etc.

Yeah- the key is to be funny while not caring if they laugh or not. Be outcome independent with your jokes

Not sure why there are so many comments are people hating on this-I really enjoyed reading this. As everyone who has spent time here knows, this sub is like 98% straight males so most of the content is tailored to that audience. I think a lot of the people making negative comments are probably just doing so out of frustration; but I think it's always good to consider how seduction works from the other perspective. Thanks for posting!

The part about "let's hang out" etc is fine, but once you've established that just put your phone on the keypad part and hand it to her- makes it seem much more seamless

IMHO when asking for a girl's number you should never actually say the word "number"

"youth" is about far far more than your physical appearance

Bald guy here- I also started shaving my head when I started losing my hair. I know first hand how much it fucks with your confidence, but I am honestly really grateful I went through that because it ended up teaching me a shit load about myself and honestly making me a better person. First off, the reason going bald sucks is because it's like all of a sudden, the fact that you exist means less. Especially early on when you're in the "denial" phase of grief; trying to conceal the fact with diffe…

Glad I could help :) yeah reddit can be like that...one time I posted a meme about not being able to decide if I was attracted to someone at work and some guy replied with a recording of a completely original song he wrote explaining the difference between regular hot and "work hot". It was amaze. So to answer your question, I am currently in the early stages of a startup, more specifically an iPhone app called Kibitz. I also have a day job at a hotel but I am furiously working towards the day w…

I know how you feel. I'm at a slightly different phase of my life, (just turned 31) but I can definitely empathize. One of the easiest things to do with any hard area of your life is to let your brain trick you into thinking that you are "doing something" about a goal when in reality you are just "faking" activity on this subject by reading about it. I certainly remember being in college- especially sophomore year when the isolation really set in and I wanted nothing more than to escape and tran…

This was a really great read. Really. I have a very relevant situation I'm dealing with at the moment involving taking the plunge with telling someone how I feel about them before they leave the country for good...a little nervous but super pumped to finally tell her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
