| 27 | Preparing for massive downvotes, but would like to share my opinion(UK not US) Professional inequality (not just the number of people employed, but pay, positions, etc) I've never understood the "people employed" issue. Hire whoever is best for the job. If that means you get 45 men and 5 women or 45 women and 5 men so be it. Don't hire based on "gender count", it's bullshit to both sexes.
