In the article it said circumcision rates were down to 58% in 2010, is that true? Because when I was a kid all the boys were circumcised and sadly it seems friends who are having kids default toward circumcision. So where are all these intact penises?

Infant circumcision is wrong because boys/men should have the right to control their own bodies. NO ONE ELSE besides them will live with the positive or negative outcomes of circ except for the guy himself. If an adult wants to get cut, by all means! But males should be able to decide if part of their dick gets sliced off or not. Not parents, or doctors.
