This is so true! For example, someone says “Black women are beautiful” or compliments something unique about black women. Then, other women will say “But All women are beautiful” or “what about us”. The “all women are beautiful” people are silent when black women are degraded. When we are uplifted then someone takes issue with it.

I do not support the porn or the sex industry. But Let me tell you my personal story. I had retail job that cut my hours. At the time, I was trying to leave abusive family home. But my part time job of $7.25 per hour job will not pay rent . I lived in rural southern town and Minimum wage did not cover rent. I couldn’t find a second job at the time either. None of the women’s shelters would help and I did not have support system. I wanted to go to college but can you imagine being so poor you don…

That’s good question I’m not sure tbh. Maybe other black women have better answer than I would? The only thing I wish when black men degrade us to uplift other women. Then, other races of women join in degrading us. That’s what I wish would stop. For example , on TikTok black men will say a negative stereotype against black women and uplift white women. Nobody in the comments would speak against it . It would only be black women. I just wish other women would be against it. If anyone uplifts blac…

Black men love to promote misogynoir on the internet and degrade us. Nobody comes to our defense but other black women. Some black women that are pickmes co-sign the attacks against black women. It’s sad.

Lol the only female friend he has is made up in his mind. It’s like they just make up scenarios that never happened in real life instead of going their own way. Some of these posts from these men make me think they have no interaction with women in real life. It’s just fantasy to them. They like to pretend they have women in their lives to play games with to get off from their fake stories . Hating women is their only personality trait.

I saw this on TikTok and I saw in the comments guys were asking him to make a book. They’re bunch of incels that hate women . But I’m glad some of the comments called him out and said he’s incel.

I can relate to what you said. Sometimes the heaviness weighs on me and I have to cry it out. For the longest, I thought something was wrong with me because I’m very empathetic and caring towards others. The feeling of this heaviness comes and goes in waves.

Trigger warning Yes my mom was pick me but after her divorce she has turned to another person. Thank you so much for sharing your story. I can relate to be groomed as young as 15 by grown men online. Some lie about being female or being a teenager. I had issues at school of bullying and I was taken out then put in online home school. I lived in the middle of nowhere with no social contact. It lead me to becoming cam girl as adult just to afford to live on my own and afford to go to college. Beca…

This is sad and desperate. I looked at her post history. She was recently diagnosed with COVID-19 and still dating ? I can’t believe her post got all those upvotes like that behavior is normal to “date” at laundry mat or inside your car. Does she know how dangerous it is to let a man you don’t know inside you car ? Part of me wants to believe it’s joke. But I know this woman is serious .

So true. Yes, the last time I used OLD this happened to me. they love to lie about their age and use old photos. He said he was 29 and I'm 26. The reality was he was like 39. You can tell he was older from the wrinkles and grey hairs. But I also caught him in a lie and the math didn't add up. He would switch up his stories. He lied about being single too he was still legally married. Men are the biggest catfish and liars.

Yes I experienced this a lot in my 26 years of life . One man said I looked like porn star and sent me video of her. Another guy, randomly texted me saying he went to strip club and the black stripper reminded him of me . Then he went on to tell me had oral sex with stripper. Or they send nude photos of random women thinking you would like that. It’s disgusting and they don’t care. I had so many experiences like that. They get blocked and deleted quickly.

Fake ID or using someone else’s ID. Underage girls can sell explicit content online. I remember this underage girl went viral on TikTok because she was selling content on porn sites and onlyfans. It’s more common than you think and onlyfans doesn’t care. It’s all about money .

From my personal experience I would say no with straight men. Only true male friend I had in my life was a gay man. Every straight man I was friends with got feelings for me or wanted to sleep with me. They always would cross the line beyond being platonic. When I said no or rejected them well the mask came off. They would flip on me or ghost me.

You did the right thing by breaking up with him. He didn’t respect your boundaries and was trying to manipulate you as well. You deserve better with someone that respects you, values you , and doesn’t cross the boundaries you set in a relationship .

To have no guests? You do have point. That’s why I wouldn’t date during pandemic personally. But I’m not sure if the no guest rule was prior to the pandemic that’s why I said it’s suspect.

Yes, it’s hard. I had black women stop being my friend because I dated interracially. I was considered a traitor. I noticed this is mostly with black American women. From what I observed from briefly living in Europe, black women are more willing to date outside their race in Europe. It wasn’t big deal like it is here.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy11/08/20 07:43 AM

Yes, it just sounds suspect that you can’t have guests over. So no family members or friends can visit you and you pay rent ? That’s red flag to me. He either living with another woman or his mother. Men say they have roommate but the truth is he lives with his mother.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy11/08/20 01:01 AM

It’s dealbreaker for me and I’m in my 20s. No guests rule ? That sounds strange to me . Have you ever met his roommates? A guy told one of my friend’s this and the truth is he had live in girlfriend.

I can only speak from my experience as black woman. When I was engaged to man that wasn’t black man...all the women on my dad’s side of the family disowned me. I think some black women believe in being loyal to black men no matter how bad he is and they believe if they are loyal then the men will be loyal. My brother was not shamed for having child with his white girlfriend but I was shamed for getting engaged to a man that wasn’t black . Some black women believe in race loyalty and believe no o…

I agree what you say. But this always goes back to black men degrading our image as black women . The pimp culture or gangsta rap. There was old chain gang song of black men singing why they hate the image of black women . I think it was around the 1930s. Even during the civil rights movement, black men degraded and dehumanized black women. Like Eldridge Cleaver in his book, Soul on Ice. Black women are either seen as the long sacrificing woman , masculine/loud woman, martyr, or hyper sexualized…

I wouldn’t bother because he doesn’t care. It’s degrading , dehumanizing, unrealistic , addictive, and so on. Nobody thinks about the women who work in the industry and what happens to them after they leave the industry. People love to glamorize it . Many were forced to do things without consent, dont own their content , underpaid or not paid , and so on. Many pornstars die from suicide or drug overdose as well.

I understand, it took time to realize he was never my friend . I knew this person for 12 years. But we all reach that breaking point when we get tired of being manipulated and used. It gets easier over time but it really hurt me at first . But writing in a diary helped me . I’m glad he’s blocked and deleted. I had to honestly ask myself were these male friends ever truly around when I needed them ? The answer was no . The “friendship” was always one sided and draining. Think of everything in you…

I wouldn’t type the paragraph because men don’t care. I would have no communication and block. If I have to write for closure I do it in my diary not to him. They feed off it and enjoy you being upset. It feeds their egos. I had similar experience but I just decided to block him and not say goodbye . He attempted to contact me from different phone number and send flowers to my job . But I ignored it because I was officially done and tired of being taken advantage of. They know exactly what they’…

Oh yes colorism is a big issue. I’m not light skin or dark skin more in the middle . They may find me acceptable but most black men told me they usually would date someone lighter or non-black. Or they always ask if I’m Latina or Guyanese that I can’t be pretty just as African American woman with dark skin. I only get asked those questions by black men and Latino men. It’s interesting to hear a mixed woman’s experience . I can understand the attraction part.

I saw pimp on TikTok not joke either. At first I thought it was joke but it wasn’t . He was bragging how he only gets small percentage of their money . There was people praising him in the comments calling him “king” and girls asking if they could join. That app is disgusting and dangerous. Have you ever video chatted? Social media can appear real too. You can’t trust people on the internet no matter how much you think you know or text each other. Don’t judge a man by what he says but his actions. He can appear one way on the internet but live a different life. If he is making you uncomfortable and rushing things that is him showing you he doesn’t respect your boundaries. You can never miss on something that is meant for you . There will be other men .

I agree. That’s why I always request a woman. When I was teenager I was assigned a male therapist that would make inappropriate comments about my breasts and how pretty he thought I was . I was only 16 . I had similar experience with male psychiatrist. There are many predators that enter the medical field and they know the type of women or girls to groom & prey on. I'm happy for them but when I was younger it made me sad. I had very idealistic view of men and relationships. I'm 26 now btw. They really don’t. When you report these men it's a dead end or nothing is done. I had terrible experiences, I don't think I can even say it on here some of the things I experienced. What messed me up about it was..they seem like every day men you would come across in your everyday life. It shattered my idealistic view of men. Thank you for sharing your experience. I can relate to everything you are saying. It took years of therapy for me to deal with the trauma from it. It takes a toll on your mental health and self esteem. I also learned the true nature of men as collective. How many were pedos and fantasized about doing horrific things to women and children. I was cam girl on that same website, did the snap chat thing , and was phone operator. I hope women think twice about it.

Yes ,they terrorize and stalk women on these platforms. Not only that I had friend that tried onlyfans after she lost her job during lockdown. She had issues with not getting her money from the website for weeks, men taking her photos and posting on websites she can’t get it taken down from, men doing chargebacks so they get out of paying, and even only fans “accidentally” posting her real name and personal info . So true. It bothers me how apps like TikTok are telling girls to do it. This is coming from someone that has done this stuff before at young age because someone talked me into it and I was living in poverty. The trauma from it is not worth it . People that promote it fail to mention the stalkers , the pedos, creeps, being cheated out of money , and so on. There’s no such thing as easy money. There’s price you pay.
