I do this with everyone, not just women, though I find it particularly helpful in situations where I'm not 100% comfortable. instead of focusing on their gaze directly, look at one eye for a few seconds, then to the other, back again and repeat. It makes holding eye contact far easier, and also gives you that little gleam of light in the corner of your eye.

i stared wrestling in High school, BJJ is the shit for sure, great full body workouts, but if you can't find studio near you i would recommend weight lifting and running once a week, maybe even once every 2 weeks. if you continue weightlifting as well i can guarantee you'll feel better about yourself within 3 weeks

working out isn't something that takes x amount of time, endorphins take about 12 days to start really feeling the positive effects, and continue to increase the more consistently you work out (this is what i've found). endorphins are great because the time you feel them the most is AFTER your workout, not during, so the rest of the day is like walking around a little drugged out (but only in a positive way). this is why i work out in the mornings.

1 is not FOR 5, 1 is for YOURSELF, so that you may feel more confident in your approaches. for numbers 2 and 6, what i meant was just keep going out and doing your best, obviously you won't be able to keep up great convo 100% of the time, but the more you try the better you get. love of my life is not used to impress girls... none of my advice has to do with impressing girls, it is basically an empowering statement 7 isn't 100% accurate ill give you that, i would say if you are confident what yo…

maybe a bad example, I truly use this line all the time and will back it up, go out and keep it in your back pocket, you'll feel the right time.

and endorphins are released in all workouts, lifting is a great way to start to feel the endorphins quickly if you're a guy

endorphins are a chemical your brain releases to combat the pain you feel when working out, honestly it takes getting through the initial 12 days of pain to really start feeling all of the good aspects of endorphins. You feel good, in shape, have a positive energy and good about yourself. I've gotten to the point after my initial 12 days a few years ago that I can't let more than a few days go by without working out, similar to a nicotine or drug addiction, just not as powerful

I agree. Without the right energy number 4 can definitely come off as creepy, but if you've succeeded in following the rest of the steps it won't be. I've said it probably 200 times and never received a 'creeped out' look

I had a great pull last week after my college class: i went up to this girl i thought was cute and asked to borrow her phone, but I had my phone in my pocket the whole time, she said sure (of course) and I called myself. Before the phone rang i told her i thought she was really cute asked her to dinner. Turns out she had a boyfriend but she loved it, laughed and texted me later that it made her day. Think instead of "hitting on girls" that you're "making this girls day" regardless of what happen…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
