Guys tend to be more shallow about physical appearance, so ie if you are a 7 and the guy you are with is a 9 and he has attractive girls constantly hitting on him….he is more likely to just be using you for sex. So, guys are shallow about physical appearance when it comes to relationships, but not shallow when it comes to sex?

Can I ask what the alternative is in this situation. My opinion is, there aren't many alternatives for an approach on ur way out the door during the day at a coffee shop. Especially if it's quick and off the cuff. This feels like a situation where there isn't a scale of how good the approach or game is, it's either you approached or didn't approach. Approach = good game, didn't approach = bad game.

I've been messaging this girl on bumble. Lots of bumble messages for a day and then lots of phone text messages for another. Not really sure why I haven't set up a date or tried. She does live pretty far (40+miles) so I think the pressure to set something up just isn't there. Also, she seems really shy and has slowly opened up more and more. I guess what I'm saying, maybe it's not always clear cut to set up a date in ~5 messages?
