I come from a culture that has arranged marriages and does not do divorces. My grandma met my grandpa twice before marrying and although they were around the same age, he passed over 30 years ago. I agree -- as long as you love and accept who you are and what you do, it'll show through the way you communicate and no part of that will come off as boring. Someone who seems defeated or dissatisfied with their lives because they had to settle will also show that and might come off as boring because they've lost their zeal for their own lives.
