Levi 541 athletic fit. With normal jeans I have to get a 34 waist just so it will fit my thighs, but with these I can wear a 32 and they fit perfectly. My thighs are 24", hips 39".

she said she has no intention of getting married or having kids anymore. She says it's because she's worried that she'll be an irresponsible parent For me, that would be a red flag. However, a while ago I found out from a reliable source that she told him that if things don't work out between me and her, that she would like to "try again" (with the ex-fiance). Alllllrighty then.

Just don't let it cross over into reality if you have a problem with it. It's okay to have a fetish you cannot truly act out. I myself have one. I agree with the guy who says it may seem good on paper, but in reality it might disgust/bother you.

It was just too tempting to pass up. Reverse psychology. "Don't call me a bitch." Well, now I really really want to call him a bitch.

This is a difficult subject. I grew up playing MMORPGs, since I was 13 up until shortly after graduating college. My interest slowly waned over the years, and now I don't play any video games whatsoever. I simply don't desire to spend my free time in that manner. That doesn't mean I don't waste time doing other things (TV, reddit, etc.). It's okay to waste time, just understand that you are in fact wasting time. Don't make the shitty "well it's training my brain and reflexes!" excuse. If you hav…

You're just overwhelmed. Take it piece by piece and have patience.

I say no to weed, alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, or any other acutely psychoactive drug that has potential to damage my mind or body. I'm a bit extreme, but that's my recommendation.

You can. I control my lights and set schedules from my tablet. During winter when it's still dark at the time I need to wake up, I set my lights to turn on at 6:30 and slowly increase in brightness until 6:45 and full strength. I woke up nearly every morning to the lights, without any kind of traditional alarm. Now that it's summer time and it's light outside at 5:30 or so, I tend to ignore any light stimulus (I need to sleep until at least 6:30), so I have to use an audible alarm for now. You c…

I replaced nearly all of the lights in my apartment with Philips Hue bulbs and it has been a godsend. Once the sun sets I begin dimming the lights until they are completely dimmed. About an hour before I plan on falling asleep I change all of the lights to deep red while still being completely dim. It's also important to stop thinking. If you plan on going to sleep at 10:00 but it's 9:30 and you're still writing code or playing video games, you're doing it wrong. Stop using your brain so hard. D…

I agree. Joe Rogan's dialogue was good but he still expressed way too much anger.

Gotcha. And don't be afraid of sumo. I lifted conventional for years, but then I started messing around with sumo and it honestly felt a lot more natural to me. Imagine yourself trying to pickup a large heavy object like a rock. You'll probably assume a more sumo-ish position.

Squat: 405lb, Deadlift (conventional): 365lb I'm immediately suspicious. Could you please explain yourself?

When my mother was younger, she did something that The Red Pill teaches you to just not do as a woman; You don't sleep with a man that you do not completely know. (or better yet, that you aren't already married to.) Yet supposedly if a woman doesn't put out, we should next her? Seems a bit hypocritical.

For future reference, be sure not to actually create an anterior pelvic tilt problem by arching your back on purpose. Neutral spine is where you want to be. Not overly rounded (flexed), not overly arched (extended).

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
