2	Smiling because she thought she’d get off with no charges. 11 years in prison wiped that smile off her face real quick. If she behaves and expresses remorse, she’ll be out in 4-5, tops. Which isn’t getting off lightly. Prison sucks, but trying to get a job and support yourself after prison sucks harder. In the US, male suicide is higher because men use guns. Also, older males are mostly likely to have untreated PTSD-related disorders, to own guns, and to be socialized not to seek help.
