Really? Right after a shooting you're gonna promote a MLM scam selling weapons to women? This is in such bad taste. This business is a pyramid scheme - mods, maybe you shouldn't allow people to promo garbage like this...

Oddly enough, women sometimes do this too! I went to grab brunch with a potential new female friend, who had bombarded me with "we're gonna be besties!" messages right away = strike 1. She began the meet-up bragging about her age-gap relationship, and then saying she just had a family death. I was outwardly very empathetic and understanding about that, but I knew she was lying to me, especially because she then asked me to continue to hang out in a nearby park for 6 more hours. She pushed my bou…

This sub just provides so many reasons to not idolize celebrities. It's interesting how so many ladies on here continue to conflate being very beautiful with being high value as well.

TO made me break out terribly, and their marketing campaigns on reddit have been shady enough that I'm not open to trying them again, but to each their own.

This is really just some abusive man playing with semantics. Was he mandated to write something like this for a court-appointed community service or something? We should always be extremely skeptical about information that comes from people who are criminals - they have no incentive to tell the truth about their behavior and motivations.

I am part Indigenous myself (Siberian native), so I understand to some degree! I took a class on Native American Law in college, and it was the most eye-opening course I think I'd ever taken, I wish it was a high school requirement or something.

I'd give you an award if I had any. Any discussion of socioeconomic status has to take demographics and minority issues into account! A Western, Caucasian middle/upper-class woman will be treated VERY differently from one that is part Indigenous, no matter how much money is at play. Sometimes some of the posters in this sub lack nuance, and dole out advice that may be absolutely fantastic for them, but not be applicable to those who are dealt different cards in life. I also find that being overl…

Well, being famous, rich, and pretty doesn't automatically make someone "high value". Actors don't necessarily have a good education, nor a good character - the fact that they're good at acting means they're good at projecting a charming image, after all. I agree that Hollywood markets age gap relationships, and this is one of the numerous reasons we should be wary of looking up to celebrities. A woman's looks are NOT her only value to HV men, so assuming someone like Alexandra is HV just becaus…

Most men in the military hate women, especially if a woman is in charge and they have to obey her. They assault women (and other men!) to assert their anger and dominance, enjoy seeing women get hurt, and gather STDs through cheating/sleeping around like a storybook heroine picks field flowers. Ladies, stay away from military men!

Maybe some EMDR could help you? Outside of therapy, I find that working out helps me release negative emotions. Good luck :)

Nah, if she ever tried to set a boundary, he'd just ignore it and rape her. The biggest problem I see is a man dating a girl over a decade younger than him so he can abuse her.

I just wanted to let you know I deeply relate to your story and experiences. You're not alone. I strongly suggest you see a professional and work on trauma and boundaries. I wish you find peace and love.

This is why women in the military don't report sexual assaults/harassment - instead of the perpetrator being charged/tried, they face career repercussions, further harassment/alienation, and sometimes (like in this case) death. It's an epidemic, and it's tragic. Ladies - if you want to serve or do already, be careful, try to avoid spending time alone with any man, it'll hurt your reputation even if nothing happens! If you're a civilian - be very careful when dating/talking to military men - for …
