Use that defense in court and you will quickly learn what rape is when Bubba is Fucking you in the ass.

Like everyone else I am basing my opinion on what was written. Nowhere does it say she consented. Silence is not permission. Especially after saying no repeatedly.

She did not consent. She said no. She never said yes. If she did I would jot defend her.

You had me until your last 2 sentences. She did not consent. Silence is not consent.

Stopping saying no and saying yes are very different.

Your analogy is terrible. Rape and panhandling are two very different things. And all of us are basing our argument off the same thing. Very little information. But based on the information provided nowhere does it say she consented. Now if we had more facts I might change my opinion entirely. But based on the information we all have she was raped.

That is the dumbest argument I ever heard. We are all basing our opinion on what was written. You are assuming she said yes. If it said she did I wouldn't be defending her.

If she said yes then of course it wasn't rape. It doesn't say that.

I am basing my opinion on the information provided like everyone else. At no time did she say yes. She said no repeatedly but he kept going. She finally got tired of saying no. At no point does it say she said yes or gave consent.

It doesn't say she said "ok fine". It said she said no over and over but he wouldn't stop. She finally stopped saying no. She never said ok. If she had I wouldn't be defending her.

She said no over and over. End of story.

If she said no over and over and he did it anyway. Fuck him. He deserves to have his life ruined.

Did you read it she said no until she got tired of saying no. She never said yes.

If you say no and they do it anyway, it's rape. I don't care what kind of bullshit justification you make.

Some people are very bad at being assertive and putting their foot down. Sometimes they get scared. It doesn't matter the reason.

The common sense of a rapist maybe.

There are varying levels of rape. From date rape where she says no but he does it anyway all the way to violent beat the shit out of her rape. They are all still rape.

Sorry but legally if she says no and you don't anyway. It's rape. End of story.

If she said no over and over it was rape. Pure and simple. You guys trying to justify this are fucked.

Wrong. You can record in your home without others consent.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
