For me it was waking up and deciding to walk to a little breakfast shack around the corner. I didn’t have to ask anyone. I didn’t have to wait for someone to shower and do their hair. I’d say cognitive dissonance. She had a world view of complete authority over her gate and this guy went through the wrong path. Yeah, it gets abused all the time. I had to fight for almost 6 months to get back $30k after a card member had barges reversed. I had a signed contract and a payment gateway where the customer entered in their own card number. Eventually got settled in my favor, but it is really shitty how quickly things turn upside down when the system get abused by either side.
