1	Dealing with guilt while dating multiple women I think you're right. She's a couple years older than me actually but she's got a rocking body for her age and looks like she's 40. Her actions tell me that she is all in on me. But my SMV is still higher than hers because I am in very good shape for late 40's guy. 3	Body language is insanely underutilized during the social interactions. The easiest place to start is by fixing your posture. This is how you do it + Exercises Face pulls with the rope attachment is also a really good exercise to to strengthen the upper back and help with poor posture.
