Isn't this supposed to be posted in asktrp Anyways I'd recommend you to listen to can't hurt me by David Goggins Also if you're serious about the Saitama routine I'd advise working up to the 10k runs. Don't get injured. The reddit bwf recommended routine is personally a really good routine to look at. As any long time rp'er would tell you 5x5. I'd also really recommend to take a look at Iron wolf since it seems you like the anime montage type of workouts. That guy is INTENSE.

I'd love to be able to read what happened too, if you're okay with sharing them.

Since it seems we can talk about youtuber's I'd like to also point the podcast by fresh n fit where they talk about rp concepts.

Yeah man, the top 2 things you have to focus on is lifting and getting big and read in and internalizing the sidebar. Both of these take time. You won't gain significant muscles in less than a year and most don't understand the articles on the sidebar completely the first time. I certainly didn't. So if you've got to be consistent with only two things, those are it.

The only thing I wanna know is what you did on the fourth and fifth days But really bro keep at it, lift and fuck that's the life. Don't forget the sidebar

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
