2	Oh? Customers would say "I don't like the payments/car" "oh?" "ya I think if I could have $xx lower payments I would buy it". It works because instead of asking "why do you not like the payments?" to which they usually reply with "It is just too much" This way it allows them to qualify themselves. Again they are objecting for a specific reason and "oh?" allows them to specify why. 2	Dealing with a babyface? I have to agree with this guy. I have the same issue but I got it from my dad. My dad will turn 60 pretty quick and people don't believe he is older than 45.
