I do squats and deadlifts for explosive jumps mostly. My max rep squat is 120Kg and deadlift is 175Kg resp. My goal is to squat double my body weight and 200Kgs on deadlifts. I had skinny legs, but last couple of years I developed some squad and hams. My waist size is 28 inches and Shoulder is 'L' sized, yes I have huge upper body to waist ratio. I wouldnt say I am a bodybuilder, I like fitness more. I used to play volleyball. I was 183lbs (83Kg) in before pic 2013 and now 170lbs (77Kg) .It feels so good when you get lean. U mirin brahs?. I always get the envious looks from other guys when I take my shirt off and bitches are giving me the eyes in Germany.
