I really hate "minority is the threat to security" statement. If you say that about any other minority group, you sound racist. However, it's fine when it comes to Russian speakers (not all of them are ethnic Russians in Estonia). Fifth column rhetoric led to ugly things such as Japanese internment camps.

It's over either way if Depp decides to go after his judgement. She has more opportunities than most people to pay of 8 millions, but it's still a tall order to ask.

The jury awarded $5 million of punitive damages to Depp. However, Virginia law caps it at $375k. That's the money she has to pay no matter what. She cannot discharge it in bankruptcy.

I am surprised the article doesn't mention bankruptcy as means to wipe her debt to Depp. She can discharge most of $10 million via that, but it doesn't include $375k of punitive damages.

Filing a false police report is a crime. Yet, it's all fine falsely accusing someone of a rape.

And rape isn't an excuse for skipping on a child support. There are also cases of paternity fraud where a man is forced to pay for a child he has not conceived.

There are under 30k of Serbians and under 2k of Slovenians in Russia. However, they shouldn't experience housing discrimination. Some people are probably not aware of Slovenians and that's they're Slavs. Yes, Caucasians means people from Caucasus. No one calls White people Caucasian in Russia.

And jumping up and down about false rape charges qualify too. Is it ok? Of course not. It's a horrible thing. And it's primarily horrible to women. Incarceration rate in US is already one of the highest in the world, higher than in China and Russia. 30% of incarceration would be unprecedented and unsustainable. Usually when countries have to deal with mass criminality on such scale they try other approaches such as restorative justice. I doubt most people will get 9.8 years as prosecutors will start cutting deals to get people through the system. Currently, most of felons experience problems with getting decent jobs and housing. 8% of overa…

This is a sign at DMV. Yes, driving is not a right, but outside few East coast cities it's very difficult to live without a driving privilege. Most suburbs and rural areas have zero to none public transportation options, biking and walking are not always an option. Most US cities were build with assumption that everyone has a car. Tell her to go to sperm bank. In Kansas a man had to fight a state against request for a child support after he "donated" his sperm to a lesbian couple. The kicker the mother never asked for child support. The family fell on hard times and went on a welfare. The state then went after the "father" for a child support. I think he won at the end, but I doubt you need an extensive legal battle in your life.

My local weed dealer already pays taxes. I live in a legal state. The little girl at the park with a lemonade stand doesn't make hundreds, thousands of dollars in unreported income, the girls who sell nudes do. I am all for every adult to pay their share of taxes.

To be fair you have to register for selective service regardless if you can vote or not. You have to register even if you're an illegal alien living in US.

Thanks for the write up, but there are a lot of dead links in your post.

Most of prominent communists were never working class to begin with. Soviet Union ended up being incredibly harsh on farmers with kolhoz basically reinstating surfdom and workers with banishment of independent unions and strike supression.

Hungerian is not an Indo-European language, so it might be harder to learn. If you don't speak a Slavic language already Polish might be a challenge for you as well. I don't know how prevalent English speaking courses in Polish universities though.

It says in the article he's not suing the school for now.

Looks like she's there for easy money. I've heard about wheelchair bound attorney who would go around suing small businesses for lack of a handicap parking spot.

Look up "popular with women" tag on pornhub. There's a lot of rough porn there.

I had a talk with coworkers recently. They said they feel uncomfortable walking past a playground in a park because of a fear that people might mistake them for a pedophile. We as society should stop treating men as potential criminals.

Tinder is trash anyway. You cannot even get a match unless you're paying for it.

Not everyone can move to a different state to pursue education. There could be few good schools in the area. In quite a few professions you hurt your initial career by not going to a top tier school. We do need to talk about these issues, write to local news sources, assembly men etc. If they get paid by a public school your tax dollars are paying for it regardless of you attending university

Not to mention having criminal record will impact the man's life in seeking employment and renting real estate.

I've seen men charged with domestic violence for a single text message. If woman calls the cops and lies through her teeth -- man will get arrested. Then, he will have to fight DV charges in kangaroo court.

Yeah, fighting DV charges is a lot of fun while his abuser gets to play victim in court.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
