I agree that the definition of rape being used in this article isn't clear and that the rhetoric is not completely objective, but I think it's very plain to see that the individual cases mentioned by the writer in the piece were very serious, undoubtable cases of rape. I just want to make sure that was understood. EDIT: Also, by non-consensual do you mean consent-less? As in any case in which the verbal message "Yes, I consent to having sex with you" was not said by both parties could be argued …

Dear women of Femen, Having your website banner feature a heavily make-up'd, topless model holding a severed scrotum and calling it 'championing Women's Rights' makes about as much sense as showing your black child BET when they ask you who MLK was. I have already filed for a restraining order and intend to go through with a Defamation counter-suit. I have many testimonies and huge amounts of records as evidence against her. She has done this type of thing before, but never on this scale. I hope this will help realize that she can't afford to use men like she does—and that what she really needs is professional psychiatric help.
