Create a extensive documentation on your son's living arrangement. Letter from grandmother explaining it. Any proof that your son was living there, eating there, sleeping there, photos, school registered address, what ever. Then do the same thing for her living arrangements. Then take her to court. 6	Read the comments... I had a similar worse experience, except she cheated, I never did. She was a worthless wife. Divorced now (I filed it, planned it best I could), it still put my life through hell. I still have never paid alimony; I refused, would rather go to jail (if the court could find me).
