I got some social media accounts made for my business and hired an agency to run and promote them... But someone from the agency told Me that it's unheard of for someone to not have social media and i should get it for my personal life aswell... I'm not too sure about it, is it abnormal or something to not be on the internet so much?

I think they found some texts from me on her phone but I have no fucking idea how they found my house! Oh she had saved my name on her phone as a girls name to avoid suspicion of her family!
