I mean she's not entirely wrong. She even admits to the ideology having terrible branding because it sounds like it's exclusive and saying the at its core it isn't. "Toxic feminist" refers to individuals and "toxic masculinity" refers to the concept of masculinity itself

MGTOW is a pretty negative social group. Your anger may go away but just look at the posts on this sub. Most of the posts only seem to deal with negative things and are rife with anger and derision towards women

My advice is to just analyze the facts as they're presented and come to your own conclusion rather than find an answer from any particular group. All groups seem to gravitate towards an almost cult like fervor. Most of the posts here seem to be guys who complain about women rather than how they're going their own way. And most of the advice I've seen given is to stay away from women or to not get too intimate with them rather than just being smart with how you go about dating women

I can tell you from my experience it most certainly is an echo chamber. The lack of criticism on MGTOW videos and the massive downvotes on videos that do and from anyone who criticizes it on reddit is all the evidence I need. You can look at the original MGTOW subreddit to see how far it can go. This subreddit isn't as vile but most of the post still indicate that most of the men here don't think too highly of women

Yeah. You can have a relationship where all of that is possible. You can be with a woman and not be in a position where you are married, have a child, have shared income or rent, (though unlikely in this economy) and you can find someone who won't be vindictive as long as you're genuine with them while you're together

Maybe you've had bad experiences or maybe your attracted to the type of women who tend to possess these negative qualities. I find sex to be depressing if I have to pay for it. I like it when the other person is actually attracted to you and I know that women can actually be attracted to men and not just pretend because you can tell when they're pretending. Sex without connection and someone you trust isn't as fun or adventurous IMO

I did. We pretty much split paying for things 50/50 non of the women I know are completely dependent on their spouse for money and most are willing to pay for their share of things. That actually seems to be the norm for the current generation of woman because they understand the economy and don't require opulent material wealth to know that matter like women did in the 50s

Spent 2 years where I was only being used as emotional support and it's nice to have someone who puts you above everyone else In their life and goes to you first for support. Women are people and just like people not all of them are the same. Many women are actually fun to be around and if you're not blind and don't see women only for what they can do for you can find the women who possess qualities that you would enjoy. At least half of the women I've conversed with on breakups have admitted to some part of it being on them. One talked about how her ex cheated on her but that she shouldn't of been surprised because she got him to cheat on his previous GF with her. Just because you found a place where everyone comes to share the same stories doesn't mean those stories are the norm. If you go to a farmers market you shouldn't be surprised that there's a lot of produce. All my friends (non married) are in happy LTRs and I myself enjoyed the LTR I was engaged in.

If you nut inside someone raw just because they say they're on birth control that's on you. You can take responsibility into your own hands and be the one to make sure you never have a kid. If you keep your own stash of condoms and don't get married I don't see what they can do. You guys seem to really group women all in the same boat. This hasn't been my experience with women and none of my friends have had the issues with women that are described here. I think what he's getting at is theres little mention from this subs men on what they've done to get they're life back on track outside of swearing off relationships with women. MGTOW was soured for me by the original subreddit. That was my first experience, didn't care for it so even though I agree with some of its ideas (like marriage) I'd never identify as one. This one is leagues better but I still see a fair amount of vitriolic comments directed towards women
