The prosecution has 3 key pieces of evidence - DNA, physical injury and victim testimony. The bare minimum to do is file charges for trial. Or at least attempt a plea deal. No, of course not. I am discussing the prosecution's behavior. It is up to the defense to show that injury is not enough to demonstrate rape. But once you have gotten this far the accuse is in a really hard pickle. But instead, in this case the prosecution actually took over the job of the defense attorney. This is absurd.
