2	How could the man maintain custody of the children during a divorce? I divorced in Texas and was awarded custody of my children even my non-biological son(that was a little more tricky) The main thing is that you are the primary care giver when it comes down to it if there's not anything that would make either of you consider unfit. Also thankfully I got promoted at work to an area manager position that afforded me the ability to not have any need for childcare outside of school.
