Russell Brand is an alpha who doesn't drink or take drugs. He does have a very peculiar energy that would be hard to replicate however. I'm getting better at self-control within drinking and actually find that if I just have a couple beers and get buzzed I can still think straight while being more confident. In a way it helps to show you just how much you can actually get away with, i.e. how much kino, sexual talk, etc., but if you get too drunk you won't be able to clearly remember the experien…

Why? TRP is a place for discussion of sexual strategy. Or is it specifically the boys part that irks you?

"3+" seems a bit ambiguous for your goal - I'm guessing you just stopped at 3. Did you approach any guys? If you go to a party and only talk to the girls you're not exactly demonstrating abundance or outcome independence. Parties are an easy environment to met people, for me at least, where I have currently have trouble approaching at clubs. If you are in a conversation with someone, why not bring one of these "constipated losers" into your conversation? Talk to all those people you see just sta…

Why sex? And what do you mean by not needing to feel good? This is a good wake-up call but I'm not sure I fully understand.

Hmm, well I had only read an /r/seduction summary because the original PDF is now behind a paywall. That's really all I wanted to know though, thanks for all the help

I guess I just don't fully understand why there's two classes. Am I meant to go incidental 1 > overt 1 > incidental 2 etc.? I don't find much info on why there are two classes, although the differences are clear.

I don't understand how to trust my gut in something I've never done. If I trust my gut then I pussy out and rationalise "she doesn't want me to kiss her" because I lack understanding and experience

Is it the "di Carlo Escalation Ladder"? Could you link me the one you're referring to if that's not it? I've looked at this one but it's quite complicated.

Palm reading, that's great. Especially in China where they believe that shit. Although I see the general idea here, more of a gradual escalation rather than jumping from nothing to a kiss.. However getting them into your home (or hotel in my case) without having escalated so far seems a bit presumptuous considering the intention is quite clear, no?

It's a throwaway username on a forum, I'm going to keep it so I can watch how far I progress. A username being beta doesn't really matters at all. I am a valuable guy, especially taking my mere 18 years into account. I've only just realised how valuable I am though, so I think it will take a while to internalise the feeling. I think I let events impact my mood too much though, as you see how negative and worthless I thought I was that night, this is reflected in my name. No, I don't believe that…

I get you, I need a positive self-image but I find it hard to just flip a switch in my head and think I'm a badass. I think it's coming as I beat my fears and get more successes. Definitely not a fucked up idea and besides, this is TRP, where we can talk about any ideas.

Thanks man. I've gone out a lot but always pretended I was just there for the music. I think this might just be my body trying to reject change after 18 years of being a shy beta.

I've had a similar feeling to last night before but never actually throw up. I think it might have been a combination of the food (been getting cramps a bit), drink and approach anxiety. Did yours get better?

I will, thanks for the advice

I think you might be right. I'll try again, even though I had to throw up it was a pretty reassuring feeling that I can cold approach and get a good response. Thanks.

This was actually my first cold approach ever, so yes I did feel some anxiety. It seems too coincidental that nausea only occurred when I approached.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
