Sometimes the ones out of college are the best... It all depends on what your looking for and if you think they are doing the best they can...

welcome, but let me clarify, if you come back to the US and it all goes to shit and you find a state that will let you work around the residency rules then you will be able to possibly file under abandonment of marriage (or whatever they call it) and begin that terrible newspaper publication and all that BS... to show that she is out of your reach to serve effectively... again and I state im only talking from my personal experience and you will need a good attorney to at least help guide you on …

that's a lot of info and im only going to focus on the logistics the rest it sounds like you've got some pretty heavy decisions to make... Im not an attorney I speak from personal experience... You dont state where you got married so Im going to guess in the USA... Your in a pickle ole chum, Europe WILL NOT DIVORCE you, and any state in the US has specific residency rules for divorce that judges are hot to folks trying to work around.. There are rules that allow for divorce and work around to st…

thank you, I should point out the house was not pre-marital, I was just awarded it in the settlement free and clear of the ex spouse interests. I also agree I need to get with an attorney.

When we divorced we had two dogs together since puppies, She took one and I kept one, It seemed right as each dog had super chosen their human. My doggie has been pretty depressed since the other one left but with good practices and a lot of loyalty to the doggie I think we are getting through. My best advice is if you have given up the doggies to her hard as it may be I really think it better you don't see them. I would say get a new doggie and love on it if that's your thing.

Hi there, my goal was to simply get out of a very toxic 15 year relationship with no kids, Sounds easy right, what started off as we will get one lawyer and we will get a quickie $1000 divorce turned into a nightmare, 4 lawyers spread across 2 states with 2 judgments and 2 judges, sheriffs departments and process servers all arguing over jurisdiction. Wife had been married 3 times before this was my first and she knew how to play the system, And the kicker is we have no real assets a couple of c…

Save yourself, salvage your relationship with your kids. But honesty get out of that marriage before you get screwed in court. Divorce is a woman's game, if its as bad as you say it is then you have to focus on you... and your children... I want to say something here... You said.... I know the kids could be better but how can I expect them if I can’t expect more from my wife? You cant expect more from your wife, its divorce, the best you can hope for is self preservation, being accountable to yo…
