I don't know why this is the case but I think women feel a bigger thrill from adultery than men. If I had to guess I'd say it's because in a way men are expected to sleep with alot of women but women aren't expected to sleep with alot of men so I guess it means more when a women commits adultery than when a man does?

I don't think humans can process certainties like that. When you tell someone they are 100% going to die if they touch that button. Most people will see it as 99%. When people think infinity they just think like a thousand or something. The human mind has it's limits

But say hypothetically that there is a case where you know without a doubt, no matter what happens, he will never ever interact with you in the slightest... Would you still love him then?

I would hate her but I'd still love her. But I think that love is based on the hope of something better. I continue to love her after the breakup bc I hope that maybe we can reunite or become friends atleast.

Yes I would. I promised her I'd always love her and even though ,she can't keep that promise understandablely, I try to keep it.

We arent together bc I ended up accidentally hurting her in a really bad way emotionally, I love her unconditionally and I still love her now... But that probably isn't healthy.

I see. Sorta like how I still love her but we aren't together. The love is still there but the connection isn't

Wdym "relationships can't be unconditional but love can"?, I mean relationship is just a status that you are in when you and another person love each other.

What if he killed your parents and raped you and Beat you and took all your money? Is your love for him really that infinite?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/20 02:19 AM

I try to. I mean that's the whole question of it's even possible to do that. So maybe?

But that's still just as opportunistic.

Then love just disgusts me.

If he cheated on you or beat you, I think you would stop liking him (rightfully so), but doesn't the fact you can stop loving someone bc of something they did suggest that you loved them for something they once had but no longer do.

I think it is conditional either way. I'd agree men arent as opportunistic but like I wouldn't love someone if they Beat me and hurt me

Everything is transactional. I never said people are shit I just said that if love really is just a transaction then it's disgusting. I pass no judgement. And idk why you seem angry.

But I think what you see as true love is not the whole picture. It's almost like a drug. When I was in love I didn't see it in these terms. I thought it was true love. But now I see that it was just a complex trade of actions and nothing more. I think if you ever break up with your s/o that you'd see that too.

Isn't that what this whole sub is for lol. These types of dark questions/thoughts

I'm not surprised. I'm just stating why telling me to seek help isn't very useful.

Aren't you helpful. I already have a therapist. But well she just won't see it my way in this one specific topic

They "love" each other yes. She gives him sex and companionship. He gives her good kids, money, and companionship.

I don't think anyone can't love anyone for themselves. And that includes them and probably me.

I think it's men too. I speak personally that atleast somewhat I dated these women for what they gave me: love, a beautiful body, affirmation of my masculine nature.

It isn't much of a choice. Choosing between death and slavery, as a example, isn't much of a choice. And choosing between loneliness or the appearance of love from a parasite. It's fucked either way

Life is all about sex. You stay alive so you can reproduce. You eat and drink so you can live longer and fuck more bitches and have more babies.
