10	No kids and separate homes. I disagree. There is a key point that’s not related to the fact they periodically lived separately and had separate houses. She quit her job and he funded her a lavish lifestyle - he gave her thousands a month, a credit card and payed her mortgage for years... She was definitely a dependent. While not considered a spouse per se, I think the courts are defining this as a spouse as it’s a relevant situation. Really the cleaning is the only pro, the other two are iffy. I’m not saying being cut is better than uncut at all, just from my experience I’ve never heard of anyone who wishes they were uncut.
