3	It's shit like this... I was reading in another thread similar to this about "affirmative defense" (which is basically how rape cases are set up - burden on the defense to show that allegations aren't true ....basically. Honestly, you would have to read up in the concept more personally since I'm new to it myself). It is used in other cases besides rape and isn't the standard we think of but isn't terribly uncommon.
