A person in the comments claimed that this notorious video was filmed intentionally, as an example of what not to do. Allegedly, it was part of one of Todd's older courses and penguinz0 removed the part where he explains the scenario. Whatever the case might be, it made me consider that sometimes you will have embarrassing moments, as part of the learning process, but social awareness is a must.

Could you elaborate on that? Would it not make sense to act if you suspect a coworker likes you? Is it not a good idea to invite them out and flirt outside of work, or on team building events?

So you are saying I overthink things? To be completely fair, I would feel uncomfortable going out with her when I know for a fact she has a boyfriend. I wouldn't want to treat her as a friend if we go out, but at the same time I can't pretend that she's not in a relationship. Edit: Maybe I think this way, because I was raised like this. I lot of guys would probably take advantage and won't think about it twice, but not me...

As a guy who hasn't had his first kiss I want to ask is holding eye contact with a girl something like a validation if you can kiss her? Are you trying to tell her with your eyes that you want to do that, looking at her lips and such.
