Is getting to 10 % bodyfat very important?? I think around 14 or 15 % fat is fine? Because being at low body fat below 10 % comes at the cost of muscle size. A low body fat and medium muscle person looks amazing without clothes on but he looks average with clothes on. Whereas if the same person had to gain some more body fat, he can easily add on more muscle to his frame and looks amazing even with clothes on. What do you say?

I think the success rates of cold approaching in some reserved countries like India, Bangladesh, Nepal etc is very low. Because here the women are already being repeatedly harassed, the crimes against women are very high making the women to be constantly in defensive/bitchshield mode. I usually approach in day time in public. Very rarely beyond 6 PM since, they are already on guard and defensive. I approached all of them (12 or 13) in day time in beaches, malls, streets etc. Some girls even got creeped out and defensive, on approaching. Ok but what if, some female students have crush on me and they voluntarily try to flirt and hangout with me? Still should I stay away from such students?
