2	Feminist group admits 'pay gap' is caused by women's choices I work for a place that has multiple locations. Same exact rules, product, etc. The only difference is that one location in run by a combination of genders, another is run pretty much only by women. First location is stupidly profitable and efficient. Second location is terrible and constantly fighting to stay afloat.
