2	How's this still allowed, false abuse charges by his wife causes this man to lose his house and basically be homeless. There's basically no benefit in this day and age for any man to get married. People who file false charges should face the same penalties for said crimes. This is a favorite move of those seeking divorce and separation aimed to get the man out of the house. All they have to do is contrive some kind of trumped up charge, and he immediately loses access to the residence, thereby cutting off physical access to the property or his children which puts the burden of proof on him, and also lines her up for a better position in any kind of legal proceedings that follow.
