1	I have to write a paper on feminism Yeah, this sub is a weird place to ask for a definition of feminism as you can probably see that your answers are a toned down version of "feminism says they're this but they are actually this". 1	It may have been already discussed but I just saw "the other woman". It was truly an awful movie. Some feminists may defend it. I myself am a feminist and all that I'll defend is the feminist movement - this movie isn't a symbol of female power that I think is okay. The movie is indefensible, it wasn't even funny. I cringed the whole way through at just how juvenile, and bitchy the whole thing was. I was about to defend feminists, equating feminist with being a woman. I really like how well you balance both issue but it led to me think about whether there really is any sexism against women/sexism against men or if it is just sexism, and that any form of sexism is a slant to both genders. Perhaps you can't be sexist against men without being sexist against women; or sexist against women without showing sexism against men as well. I'm not sure if this is only in Australia, but if someone is denied bail after they've been arrested, they have to stay in jail until their case is heard.
