I was using that as an illustration, the extremity of the example is used to grab attention. Also, you'd be surprised what people you don't know on the internet believe. So you can doubt I'm concerned with women's issues all you want, that doesn't make my point any less correct.

It’s fine if there is a double standard on butt grabbing, only if women accept a double standard that favours men in some cases. The problem is women always bitch about wanting half the CEOs in the world to be women but aren’t concerned with making sure half the suicides are women.

You know all that bullshit when women go on strike of some none sense? I think men should go on strike for a day.

I don't know if you're right, I lived in Japan for a while and there were a lot of 3-4 guys with 9's. it was really common.

This is totally true. Reddit is obsessed with STEM but there are way better / easier ways to make better money (sales comes to mind, easy to clear $250k a year in sales if you can talk).

Tickling people when they say stop is a jerky thing to do, regardless of gender.

Toronto also has a high concentration of gay people, and oftentimes gay women are manly than straight women....could that be part of the effect you're noticing?

The amazing part, even if he secretly video taped it somehow, by the judges logic, it wouldn't matter - there would be no way to prove it wasn't rape.

I'll get downvoted here, but that's the reason people like Bernie Sanders as well. I'd argue that this is the first time, in a long time, that the U.S. Has a (slim) chance of two candidates running for president who actually speak their minds - a dangerous thing at the best of times.

Its worth noting that it wouldn't have worked out anyway. She probably wanted to spend money on bullshit, sounds like he was into frugal living regardless of his net worth. She wouldn't have been happy either way.

I don't even think it matters if a woman is particularly smart. If she is kind, pretty, and charming, it's more than enough.

I wouldn't be so sure, if law is basically understanding and applying precedence + procedural knowledge I see no reason why this can't be automated.

How can you be a materialist - if you are a communist, you are a dialectical materialist - and not believe that there is a human nature? Is there a dog nature? Is there an elephant nature? If so, then you must believe in human nature.

This is so true. I'm not super handsome, muscular, or any of that, but I know how to talk to women and how to treat them. My wife is a very attractive woman as a result of the above. Now, when women first meet me they think I'm ok, but as soon as they see / meet my wife, suddenly they get very interested and flirty with me. In their minds, if they can get my attention etc then they must be more attractive than my wife. It's all a hierarchy as OP mentions.

I was under the impression that women had higher tolerance for heat than men.

I don't think that's true - though in general we all know women get off VERY lightly on crimes - but in this case, it seems that it's motorists in general who are getting off lightly.

I'm not sure they don't understand, I think it's more of the fact that victimhood is now a status symbol among a certain section of society.

People are way too caught up in worrying about "how things should be", rather than dealing with "how things actually are". This is RP in a nutshell really. Don't worry about how things ought to be and deal with how they are.

The SWJ isn't about egalitarianism at all, that's the brand they push, but the truth is access to resources for themselves.

I think that this is actually capitalism run amok. As OP notes, the universities just want money, doesn't matter how they get it. Capitalism demands constant growth, and when all legitimate growth is tapped, they need to scrape and lowers themselves to get more. Women spend more money, therefore women must be courted.

Still is to a large degree, look at the companies that sponsor feminist frequency.

I agree with the first half of your post, but there is a contradiction on the communism part. You start by saying that schools will do anything for profit and have no principles - this is a very capitalist stance, so to then turn around and say it's just like communism seems flawed. Besides that, good analysis.

Just seems odd that a community which is pretty fact based, and all about throwing off the illusions of society would buy into religion at all.

I'm with you on this. Who cares who the marketers "say" the movie is made for. Wouldn't this overture to feminists just be marketing so women go see it? Men will see a Mad Max movie either way....it's just business. Also, I don't think a story about a badass (sexy) woman freeing sex slaves is a bad premise at all. Sex slavery is fucked up, and busting it is awesome.

It has to eventually. I don't agree with everything in this sub, but the fact is a lot of the basic principles are just rooted in human behaviour. And that hasn't changed in 100,000 years, and it won't anytime soon.

Plenty of finance jobs in Ontario. If you are in Toronto there is a lot of money to be had, but also lots of competition, so you gotta be smart.

Being up here I gotta say, most of the girls don't really buy into feminism and all that junk. Mostly just relaxed, but the government is crazy and the crazy women get air time because clicks.

It's not the lefties doing this its Saudi Arabia. Lets be clear on this, protests are cute and all, but are essentially useless in Canada.
