I can say only from personal experience that from my own time being suicidal, words mean nothing, actions everything. Saying you are there for someone when you are physically somewhere else immediately invalidates anything you can say to them. seriously, if you keep freaking out, you WON'T lose your virginity. so you have nothing to worry about. see? calm now? good. now you will lose it... so i guess... freak out again? lol, in all honesty though, it really isn't that big a deal. like riding a bike or driving (or anything really) it may seem daunting or diffucult at first, but with time and practice it becomes both easier and more fun. :)
