You guys make it so difficult for yourselves. It hurts me to see it.

Nobody cares about virginity other than teenagers and other virgins.

Read books about interesting stuff. History and the threat of biological warfare and how cool mushrooms are. Don’t waste your time reading books by some thrice divorced TED talk reject who thinks they figured out relationships. Then when you meet a real woman you can talk to her about something cool and if she’s cool she will find you interesting by the transitive property of interesting.

Do you lose respect for a woman when she cries? It depends on why she is crying, right? It also depends on who you are - and if you are empathetic or a bit of a twat. This reminds me of a quote by Jack Handy: “If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.”

Dating for men gets easier every single year - if you work to be a better man and don’t let yourself go. I’m well into middle age and it’s just so damn easy to meet amazing women. My dad was single in his mid 80’s after my mom died and his social calendar was booked solid. The math is on your side. Concentrate on work, get a higher paying job, make more money, save and invest. Do the things that make you happy - with or without a partner. Imagine the man you want to be in 25 years and then go ou…

Deep insecurity. Feeling unworthy of love. Fear that another man will take their woman. Fear of loss, humiliation or being compared unfavorably to others. Poor male role models. Seeing relationships as adversarial zero-sum games and seeing breakups and cheating as some tragic life-destroying experience to be avoided at all cost and not just a normal part of a happy life. In short they are scared shitless by the parts of life they should be enjoying most, and want to meet a woman as terrified as …

Going outside is literally free. You can have an amazing workout doing push ups, planks and burpees. Join a volunteer group and help rescue orphaned baby animals … it costs nothing, and the group will be 90% female I promise you. Yes of course they are all in their 70s - but they all have many hot granddaughters and they are worried about them. Post a story on social media on how you rescued a baby raccoon… you don’t know how easy this shit is. It doesn’t cost money to be interesting.

My own son is a Nico too, so please excuse me for being a bit fatherly here. Don’t be nice. Don’t be considerate. Don’t worry about what she thinks about you. Tell her about what excites you … what is the most important thing in the world to you. And if she likes that it’s a match. Hopefully the answer to that question isn’t video games or Pokémon … or you will spend a long time finding that match. Be interesting and do cool shit. Women will seek you out.

Guys who think of themselves as “nice guys” are mostly “people pleasers” - emotionally damaged individuals who place their own interests below those of others. This turns off good women and attracts insecure and abusive women.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
