Why supplement when whole food is much better and cheaper, thats an invalid point. If you don't want to drink it more power to you but I'm just saying there are better alternatives

The American board of cardiology is in consensus of this fact. The president of the board, Dr. Kim A Williams, says that LDL cholesterol is the leading cause of heart disease and can be reversed with a plant-based/vegan diet. I believe the words of medical doctors that spend their whole life studying heart disease over those people

It doesn't have nearly as many vitamins, protein and minerals as soy, as well as a big one being B12.

All medical studies show that normal levels of soy don't lead to endogenous increases in estrogen. I'm lactose intolerant so I drink soy milk rather than regular milk, and I can bench double peoples max

Im a med student and from what I know meat has a lot of LDL cholesterol which is the type that leads to blockage in your arteries, the main cause of AS. High consumption of saturated fat is correlated with heart disease and all-cause mortality, the leading cause of death in North America. I've always had a high carb diet since it is the main fuel for your body and cant be metabolized to fat easily. My dad also lost 40 lb on my high carb diet in 2 months at the age of 48. The name of the game is …

I've been on a mostly plant-based diet (some eggs and fish) and I feel pretty damn good. Strong athletic performance (1100 lb total). From what I know, meats have tons of saturated fats, which can lead to heart disease, thats why I started it. I'll do some more research and see whats up

Personally (and I'm down to discuss) I think that alpha/beta has little to do with the way you look per say. An alpha could be short or tall, good looking or ugly and vice versa. I think that most of it comes down to your personality and how you carry yourself. Being able to stand up for what you believe in, having resolve, security and decisiveness are traits I would consider of someone who is alpha, among countless others. I know this because I used to be the opposite of these, and as I grew I…

to be honest, he handled that poorly. After he found out about her boyfriend he shoulda just let her go. When she confronted him, he should have played it off like he was busy or something, and talk to her a bit in the days following. Since they work together he shouldn't ghost but slowly cut her off for good. He acted out of anger and that never works out

I kinda vibe the last 2. Get some nice streetwear and decent shoes (not formal), a crewneck or decent fitted shirts. The first 2 suck ass though.

in both situations she a POS, but at least if the guy knew you were dating her, he would catch some flack for being an idiot. If it was some random 1 night stand, you cant really blame the guy

Ya I feel you, I'm 5'9 so most of the girls that I've been into have been 5'5 or shorter. However, I'm a gym rat so overweight girls turn me off. When I used tinder, 80% of my matches were shit quality just because all of the fat ones gravitated towards me, or they always swiped right, or I'm uglier than I thought.

Most of the time I just talk to my male friends working with me, but I might implement it as seen fit. Thanks for the post

I think there is some really good discussions happening on the sub, you just need to look. TBH the internet is basically a meme hub at this point anyway, might as well laugh

Dude I get so worried about that stuff at my part-time job. Someone just got fired on sexual harassment claim. I try to keep my interactions with women as bland as possible at work

I don't understand why some people think that in this situation that you should be mad at the guy instead of the girl. Unless hes your friend, she could have easily lied saying shes single. The burden of loyalty is on her, its not his job to dig through your personal life

Although there are people who are more hateful, I don't see the whole idea as "hateful" in nature. From my understanding its just a way of saying "just mind your own business". Go build your legacy on your own and don't let anyone get in your way. I think you are just giving too much attention to the memes

Sorry you feel that way, but I respect your opinion. Some of us have just been through some shit and it can lead to bitterness (most of the time justified).

tinder falls under the whole, 80% of women looking for top 20% of men, especially more so because all you can judge someone off of is looks. Unless you are the cream of the crop your gonna get the short heavy girls who "aren't looking to hook-up" pretending people would ever want to.

A prerequisite to my response, I'm a low 20's muslim male in University, so I have exposure to the notion of islamic rules and regulations. In this generation, there is a general disconnect between young adults and religion (myself included to an extent). I know many muslims that drink, smoke, have sex, eat pork ect. I think its really just a test of how strong your faith is my friend. Even if you aren't a muslim, I recommend you don't even engage in these activities until likely mid 20s, becaus…
