It's really not an invasion of privacy. If you want to press charges, than you need to provide evidence. I don't think they should be necessarily forced to hand it over, but I don't think it's egregious or anything. If you want to put someone in prison, than you should show you aren't making false claims

Well I mean it is innocent until proven guilty, so you should have to prove it happened. If a rape really occurred, then it shouldn't be that hard to prove it
