5	Soldiers falsely accused of rape should not be penalized if their defense requires them to admit they are gay Nothing but my support and solidarity here. Don't ask don't tell will hopefully be repealed at some point, but while it is current policy, the military should at least should have the prudence to allow individuals to admit their orientation while giving their complete honest account during criminal investigations in order to clear their name.
