You would actually have to prove that there was definitely not a rape (not simply lack of evidence to prove it happened) and you would have to be able to prove that the alleged victim was trying to defame you. 5	As a father of two girls and one boy this set me off this morning on FB. IMO if you dress revealingly then you are anticipating that people will look at you more. When you get dressed you have control over what you wear and you are deciding how you want other people to perceive you. If you wear revealing clothing then that probably means you are confidant in your body and you want to show it off, which is great!
