| 5 | December 15 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadI started monk mode a few days ago. It was okay at first. I had some university classes and work every day, but now it's Sunday. I keep picking up my phone and putting it back down. I keep opening Reddit on my laptop, then closing it when I realize what I'm doing. Usually, I'd watch a series just to have something to occupy my mind and browse Reddit aimlessly to keep myself distracted, so it's weird to sit here and not know what to do with myself.
